The Sneads Ferry Community Center, located at 126 Park Lane, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460 offers a multi-use indoor building and expansive outdoor grounds with plenty of parking and lots of amenities. It is available to rent for private, public, and corporate events such as:

For gatherings that last more than a few hours, there is no need to move from venue to venue. You can spend day time on the festival grounds and night time in the banquet hall!

About the Building
The building holds 250 people. It boasts a multipurpose room, full kitchen, and stage along with many other amenities.

Covered Entranceway: Your guests can gather under the covered entranceway with park benches upon arrival to your event.

Foyer: There is plenty of space in the foyer for registration, welcome, name card, sign in book, and/or guest book.

Multipurpose Room: The Multipurpose room is a blank slate upon which you can make your event dreams come true. Tables and chairs can be arranged in countless combinations, including dining, display, theatrical, classroom, and many more! We have 30 rectangular tables, 30 round tables, and 180 cushioned folding chairs. Trellis room dividers can be decorated to set your theme, create a memorabilia wall, or divide the space.

Kitchen: The Kitchen has 2 combination 4 burner stoves with ovens, refrigerator, microwave, and stainless steel prep top for caterers or your own home-made specialties. A service window makes it easy to keep food moving
along and an exterior door makes loading in and out of the kitchen a breeze.

Stage: The stage is perfect for your DJ, Band, Programs, Presentations, or Performances. There are dressing rooms and multiple podiums available for your use.
 

About the Grounds
The Festival Grounds are perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Large Pavilion: The Large Pavilion has a concrete floor, electric hook-up and picnic tables.

Additional: There is also a Small Pavilion, Stage, and plenty of open space for planned and spontaneous outdoor activities and fun - as you see fit.

Rental Fees:

Full Day Building $300.00
Kitchen $100.00
½ day Sun.-Thur. $150.00
Pavilion $75.00
*If renting after 5:00 pm to decorate for the next day: $85.00
*Refundable deposit of $100.00 once building is cleaned and checked
